Submission of Contributions - Instructions for Authors

Prospective speakers are invited to submit contributions, in the form of two-page abstracts, on any of the Conference topics.
For registration and submission of abstracts the following steps are necessary:

Preparation of Contribution
The first step is the submission of a two-page abstract describing the main features of the work before July 15, 2017. The template for preparation of the abstract is available as rtf- and tex file.

Format instructions
Authors are asked to upload their contributions after registration. Only contributions in .pdf format will be accepted.

Author registration
1. Scheduling of a contribution for oral presentation at the Conference is conditional upon the
    acceptance of the two-page abstract and the payment of the presenting author’s registration fee for
    the Conference during the advance period. You can register here.

2. The corresponding author should be the presenting author whenever possible.

3. Only one presentation per registration is allowed.

Confirmation
The upload will be confirmed after submission within your account. You can double-check your contribution via Registered Participants - My Uploads.

 

Modification
Once registered, in order to modify your information or add/modify your abstract, it is necessary to log in, in order to avoid double registrations. Before uploading a new version please delete your old contribution within your account. Then you can upload your new abstract.

Author notification
Acceptance/ rejection letters for the two-page abstracts will be sent according to the schedule.

Publication
The Conference Proceedings will be available on a USB-stick containing the two-page abstracts. After the Conference, selected authors will be invited to submit a full paper, for inclusion in a special issue of an international journal or in another publication of international relevance.
